If you would like to register with the surgery please visit us to discuss this with our registration clerk. If you have a medical card please bring it with you.

We ask all patients (over 16) when joining the surgery to make an appointment with the nurses for a new patient health check. This gives you the opportunity for a medical check up and to discuss how we can help you with any ongoing medical problems.

If you don't have a medical card please bring proof of identification i.e a passport, driving licence or utility bill.
