If the doctor has indicated that you may have your medication on repeat prescription, you can request your medication by completing the computer slip attached to your prescription and returning it to us over the counter or by post.

We cannot accept phone requests.

Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) for us to process your request.

We can only post your prescription to you if you provide us with a stamped addressed envelope.

If you require any other medication that is not on your repeat master then you will need to discuss this with the GP first.

Please do not over order medication. some studies have shown that 25% of prescribed medication is wasted. So please think first before ordering.
