Lovemead Group Practice now offers patients the option to request repeat prescriptions online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are now offering some routine GP appointments online, as well as the option to cancel appointments.

If you wish to register, please complete the form below. For security reasons we are unable to send your login details by email and these must be collected from the surgery in person or sent to your registered postal address.

When you receive these details, follow the link on the home page of our website to SystmOne to log in. You will be able to start using this facility immediately. You will also be able to change your password to something more memorable.

Please note that SystmOne is not maintained by Lovemead Group Practice therefore we cannot guarantee its availability 100%.
