Practice Management

Mrs Sheila Harvey (f)

Clinical Manager

Mrs Sheila Harvey is our clinical manager, responsible for all clinical issues and complaints. She has a nursing and health visitor background with a master's degree in health care management.

Mrs Suzanne Petty (f)

Administration Manager

Mrs Suzanne Petty is our administration manager, responsible for human resources and general administration.

Behind the scenes are our extensive administration team which comprises medical secretaries and administrators.  All of them have a vital role to play in ensuring the smooth running of the practice’s systems and in ensuring services run as smoothly as possible for patients.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Patient Liaison Officer

The Practice has appointed a member of staff to join the Administrative Team. Rosie Browne has vast experience in the surgery having previously worked alongside the Reception Team. She is a point of contact for patients to assist with any hospital based queries. Rosie's role will involve chasing appointments, hospital tests and discharge summaries as necessary as well as a point of contact for patients and families.

Rosie is available Monday to Friday 9.15am - 2.45pm (not Wednesdays); feel free to ring her and she will be happy to help you.
